Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.The Lilly Professional Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month intensive fixed duration (FDE) professional development program during which the apprentice receives a combination of formal training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring in a key functional area to be equipped to compete for a Lilly position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.Responsibilities:Lilly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice who shares our passion to making life better for people around the world. As part of a our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our recruiters and talent sourcers playing an integral part in shaping Lillys future by identifying and attracting talent to the company.With coaching and feedback, Lilly provides you the ability to further your growth as a HR professional within the organization.Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverablesImprove upon existing practies and help to develop innovative strategies to attract diverse talent to the organizationPartner with campus recruiters and diversity talent sourcers with the development and implementation of sourcing plansProactively identify opportunities for improving candidate experienceSeek opportunities for process improvement without sacrificing candidate experienceUse solid judgment and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentGenerate candidate interest through recruitment marketing andsocial mediamessaging to find, attract, engage with active and passive candidates.Basic Qualifications:HS Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of related or professional experience.Proven experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Completion of Post Offer Exam or Completion of Work Simulation if applicable.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
